Which published offer does this guide use?
The dedicated Cashback promotion states that it began September 2, 2024 and continues until further notice. It requires a one-time opt-in, awards one point per $1 of qualifying poker rake or fees, and pays qualifying cash rewards on Mondays. Its first target is 25 points.
An older loyalty page remains accessible and advertises up to 40%. These pages contain different tables. The calculations here use the dedicated 20% promotion. Match that promotion to the offer shown in your own account before using the figures.
A target table is not a flat rate
Selected targets from the dedicated promotion are shown below. They illustrate the steps in the calculation; they are not a complete payout table.
| Weekly points target | Cash reward | Return at that exact target |
|---|---|---|
| 25 | $2 | 8% |
| 100 | $10 | 10% |
| 200 | $25 | 12.5% |
| 500 | $87.50 | 17.5% |
| 1,000 | $200 | 20% |
The terms say that points between targets receive the last completed target's reward and that the remainder is forfeited. Cash rewards under this promotion have no wagering requirements.
Worked example: 235 points
Suppose a completed week contains $235 in eligible fees and therefore 235 points. The last completed target is 200 points, paying $25. The next listed target is 250 points, so it has not been reached.
The effective return is $25 / $235 x 100, or about 10.64%. Applying 12.5% directly to $235 would produce $29.38 after rounding, which overstates the target-based payment by $4.38.
For a monthly review, calculate each week's payment first and then add the payments. Combine the fees over those same weeks to calculate the overall effective return. A monthly fee total alone cannot identify which weekly targets were completed.
The general rakeback calculator handles percentage estimates. Use the operator's complete weekly target table to determine the actual Cashback amount before comparing it with a flat-rate result.
Questions about weekly Cashback
Does 20% apply to every dollar of fees?
It is the maximum stated by this promotion. Your weekly points balance and the last completed target determine the payment. Calculate the effective percentage from that payment and the full matching fee total.
Should an old 40% offer be used in a comparison?
Only if the account's applicable offer actually provides those terms. Keep the two published tables separate and record which promotion the comparison uses.
The rakeback guide explains why completed rewards, eligible fees and the accounting period need to match.

Both official partypoker pages checked November 3, 2026. Eligibility depends on the account's applicable promotion and jurisdiction. This page explains the dedicated 20% offer rather than assuming a universal rate.
